Training

KLAC Endorsed Training and Coaching

Athletes are encouraged to attend training to help them improve their technique and performance. Training is offered on Thursdays between 4:30-6pm and between 2-4pm on Sundays, all training is at Gormley Park (unless notified otherwise). We have coaches available who can cater for all age groups. If you want to attend training but this timeslot doesn’t suit, let us know and we can try to work something out.

Please note: Parents are requested to stay and assist during training, all high jump training is dependant upon enough parents being available to assist with the setup/packup of high jump equipment.

Athletes should bring a hat, drink bottle and warm clothes to put on afterwards.
